How long will it take to receive my order?
All stock orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days unless your order contains a level of personalisation. For personalised stock items please allow 5-10 working days for delivery from agreement of personalisation. However for all made to order items please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. During bank holiday periods these delivery timescales may be extended.
Due to the high number of orders being processed, there is currently no facility to track order progress online.
I have missing / incorrect / faulty items?
Although missing, incorrect and faulty items are very rare with Prostar orders, if you do encounter problems please contact Prostar Customer Services on 0844 902 1801 or e-mail us through our
contact us section quoting your original order number reference.
Please make a note of all missing or faulty items and have these ready when you call.
How much does delivery cost?
Please see our Delivery Information section for a full breakdown of delivery costs. Delivery charges provide a secure service through DHL.
This delivery charges cover the complete order, regardless of the size. There are no additional charges for bulk orders.
If you are unable to receive delivery, a note will be left giving details for collection locally. Uncollected orders will be returned to PROSTAR and may cause delays.
Can I track my order?
Orders can only be tracked once the above timescales for delivery has expired. If your expected delivery date has passed, please contact Prostar customer services on 0844 902 1801 or through our
contact us section, quoting your original order reference number.
How do I personalise my order?
Customers are able to personalise their order with numbers, names, initials, club badges and sponsor logos where applicable as part of the on-line order process. Please look out for the relevant instructions throughout the order process.
