Personalisation

Many of Prostar’s garments can be personalised with: 
These can either be either by printed or embroidered. Please follow the instructions carefully throughout the order process to add any of the  above to your garments.

Text size or positioning may be altered if necessary by Prostar to fit customers chosen garments. If no suitable sizing or positioning can be established the customer will be advised that their choice of artwork will not be added to the garment. Any additional artwork costs paid by the customer will be refunded in full. Please note any garment that has been printed cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you require any printing or embroidery on any stock items you must allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed and despatched. However you must allow 6-8 weeks for delivery for any made 2 order items. 

Artwork must be submitted in vector format and either as an eps, pdf or ai file (there is no loss of resolution when resizing these files). Please make sure that all fonts are converted to curves/paths. This ensures the correct text is used in case a computer, used by the printers, does not have the specific font of the logo on their system.

If the logo is a bitmap we would prefer a logo to the approximate size of the print you require, with a minimum resolution of 300dpi, in either a jpeg, bmp or tif format.
