Accuracy of content
Prostar has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The sizes, weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only and are subject to commercially acceptable manufacturing tolerances. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prostar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Prostar shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
The views expressed in any user generated content are the opinions of those users and are not necessarily those of Prostar.

Prostar makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note and/or invoice. If for this reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 7 days of receipt and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned, particularly items made to order or personalised or customised to your instructions. See Returns section for details.
Orders
A contract is formed between Prostar and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Exceptions apply to made to order or customised or personalised items, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by contacting you by email, phone or post.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ (or its equivalent) on the final page of our ordering process.
Returns and Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Certain products cannot be returned, particularly items made to order or personalised or customised to your instructions.
You may return any item free of charge within 7 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return the order we will not refund any delivery charge as this part of our service to you has already been completed. You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the 7 day period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the relevant section on our website. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product ordered.
Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture and supply of your products may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Links to other websites
We may place links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these other websites and do not have any control over their contents. Prostar cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Prostar or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Prostar reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Payment - Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Prostar products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Use of this website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Prostar's products and services available in the UK. However Prostar may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the UK subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Where we have commercial relationships with third parties which govern, direct, regulate or prevent distribution of items and products shown on our website to other countries we reserve the right to refuse orders from customers in those countries and direct the customer to the relevant suppliers in their own country instead.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). As your items are made, customised or personalised specifically for you, once payment is taken no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
